Pilestone want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you want to return your glasses then you have a simple money back guarantee for any glasses purchased through

  • Due to the Christmas period we have extended our Returns Policy to January 31st 2022.
How to return your glasses

Please email us with a brief explanation as to why you wish to return the glasses and we will get back to you with instructions and a returns address. 

Please Note:

  • Once the package is received it will be processed and within 24 hours we will initiate a refund and you will be credited into your bank within 2-5 business days.

Return policy details: IMPORTANT

  • Please return the glasses in their original condition including all contents as they arrived.
  • Glasses that arrive back in a dirty condition that need returning to the manufacturer are subject to a £10.00 charge that will be deducted from your refund.
  • Glasses that arrive back to us damaged or have scratches will not be refunded.
  • United Kingdom 30-Day returns from the date we shipped your order.
  • Outside of the UK 45-Day returns from the date we shipped your order.
  • Returns need to arrive back at our warehouse strictly within the above timeframes or refunds will NOT be issued.
  • Customers pay return shipping and please ensure the return is Tracked/Signed for and keep your proof of return delivery in a safe place until you receive your refund.
  • Include your order number or invoice in the package.
