Pilestone's Returns Policy

Pilestone want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason you want to return your glasses then you have a 60-DAY simple money back guarantee for any glasses purchased through www.pilestone.co.uk

 

How to return your glasses

Please email us with a brief explanation as to why you wish to return the glasses and we will get back to you with instructions and a returns address.

 

Please Note:

Once the package is received it will be processed and within 24 hours we will initiate a refund and you will be credited into your bank within 2-5 days.

 

Returns Policy Details

Please return the glasses in their original condition including all contents as they arrived.  Wearing the glasses for weeks and returning in a poor condition is unacceptable.

 

60-DAY returns from the date we shipped your order.

 

Please include your order number and/or invoice in the package.

 

Customers pay return shipping and please ensure the return is Tracked/Signed for and keep your proof of return delivery in a safe place.

 

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS

Pilestone know many of these glasses will be purchased as gifts for Christmas and for this reason any glasses purchased from November 1st - December 23rd are eligible for our 'Extended Christmas Returns' policy and do not need to return until January 31st to be able to get a refund or exchange.
