Pilestone want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you want to return your glasses then you have a simple money back guarantee for any glasses purchased through www.pilestone.co.uk

How to return your glasses

Please return your glasses to the returns address located on the back of your parcel. Returns must remain in their original condition with no marks/scratches. Please include your name and order number.

Please Note:

Once the package is received it will be processed and within 48 hours we will initiate a refund and you will be credited into your bank within 2-5 business days.

Return policy details: IMPORTANT

Please return the glasses in their original condition including all contents as they arrived.
The Returns Address is located on the back of your parcel.
Glasses that arrive back to us damaged or have scratches will not be refunded.
United Kingdom 30-Day returns from the date you place your order.
Outside of the UK 45-Day returns from the date you place your order.
Returns need to arrive back at our warehouse strictly within the above timeframes or refunds will NOT be issued.
Customers pay return shipping and please ensure the return is Tracked/Signed for and keep your proof of return delivery in a safe place until you receive your refund.
Include your order number or invoice in the package.
